Every lead you don’t answer in the first minute is pipeline someone else wins.
I’m Gabriele, a GTM Engineer — I build the automated systems that capture, qualify, and route revenue signals the moment they happen, so nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be noticed. Currently running production systems for two US law firms.
What I build
Four categories of work, all pointed at the same problem: revenue signals shouldn’t need a human to notice them before something happens.
Inbound capture & response
Forms, missed calls, and chat messages turned into instant, qualified, logged leads — with an automated acknowledgment sent before a human ever sees the message.
CRM & data routing
Connecting the tools a team already uses — CRM, email, calendar, spreadsheets — so data moves between them without anyone copying rows by hand.
Web & intake infrastructure
The front door that feeds the system: sites, landing pages, and forms built to capture clean, structured data from the first interaction.
Visibility & reporting
Simple, real dashboards — usually a well-built spreadsheet, sometimes a CRM view — so a team can see what the system is doing without asking me.
Speed-to-lead system, US law firm
One of two active production systems. Built to solve a specific, measurable problem: leads sitting unanswered while the firm’s team worked through other cases.
Inbound intake & auto-response
client: US law firm, name withheldAverage time before a new enquiry got any reply. Leads were often contacted only after a staff member had time to check the inbox.
Every enquiry is logged, acknowledged, and routed automatically — around the clock, including after hours and weekends.
What I actually build with
No inflated tool list — this is what I’ve shipped production systems with.

How a project actually runs
Map the signals
We identify exactly where leads or data currently get lost or delayed — usually in a single working call, not a lengthy discovery phase.
Build & connect
I build the system against your actual tools, not a generic template — CRM, inbox, forms, whatever you already run on.
Ship, monitor, refine
Once live, I watch it for the first weeks and adjust — a system that silently fails is worse than the manual process it replaced.
Based in Milan, working with US & EU teams
I’m Gabriele De Girolamo, a GTM Engineer working remotely with businesses across the US and Europe. I got here through a specific, unglamorous problem: watching leads sit unanswered because nobody had built the system to catch them.
Since then I’ve built and now run production automation for two US law firms, alongside web infrastructure and business-systems work that feeds into the same goal — fewer things a human has to remember to do manually.
I work directly, not through an agency layer — you’re talking to the person who builds and maintains the system, before and after it ships.
Currently based in Milan, Italy. Comfortable working across US and European time zones and on both English and Italian-language projects.
